| | |  Natalia Tena talks Deathly Hallows
In a new interview with the Oxford Mail to promote her role as Desdemona in Othello, Natalia Tena (Tonks) discusses Harry Potter, whether she's in Deathly Hallows and fan mail.
Talking about the phenomenom surrounding the novels, Natalia admits she wasn't instantly won over; Quote:
“No, I wasn’t into the whole Harry Potter thing when I got the part, but I did fancy being a witch,” she admits.
“So I thought I’d better read the book for the audition and then I got it and got what all the fuss was about and now I’m really into it.”
Natalia admits that she doesn't know yet if she'll be in the seventh movie; Quote:
“Well, I’m in the sixth one. And I haven’t heard about the seventh one yet, although Tonks features a lot in the book, but that doesn’t always translate to the film.”
She also talks about getting letters from fans; Quote:
“I’m not very good at dealing with stuff like that, so I just carry my fan mail round with me in a big bag meaning to answer it but never getting round to it,” she laughs, “but now I only reply to them if they send an SAE, because it actually gets quite expensive after a while.”
She is soon to star in the sold-out Othello at the Oxford Playhouse, which begins its run on Tuesday. A photo of Natalia in the play can be seen here.   | |

well you would think she would be in the 7th movie....kind of crucial that she and Lupin die and leave an orphaned boy...kind of like Harry's parents dying fighting for good. I dont need to draw obvious parallels, but she and Lupin bloody well be in the movie....

she'll be left out, just like they leave out every other subplot/storyline in the movies. she should be in it, of course. especially with her and remus dying, and harry taking in teddy.

They split it into two movies, if she's not in it there is something seriously wrong. Plus she is in the first scene where mad eye dies trying to get Harry transported. This is the book where nothing should be left out, but Yates sucks so I wouldn't be surprised.

Considering how many important parts have been cut out of the books, I'm not putting a single person other than the Golden Trio and those who have officially been announced as cast on the list yet. These books are being destroyed. And the fact that JK isn't raising any kind of protest is very saddening.

Has she read the 7th book, Lupins crazy antics are because of his family and what he is, if her character Tonks being pregnant and having his son is not in the movie it would be sad because to disregard that part of the book would be ludicrous.
