One of the kids is scared of clowns in the DADA class, so I'm guessing that's what the boggart turns into. It's actually quite scary to me, that alone would give me nightmares because of it's demonic grin.

And yes, more Snape!!

I think that cleaning lady is at the Leaky Cauldron (hotel section) rather than cleaning at Hogwarts.
