CBBC Newsround is reporting more casting news for 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', which has now begun filming. Amelia Bones: Sian Thomas, who has appeared in several productions for the Royal Shakespeare Company, as well as roles in TV and film.  Young Peter Pettigrew: Charles Hughes Auror Dawlish: Richard Leaf - a picture of him can be seen here. Zacharias Smith: Nick Shim Young Lily Potter : Susie Shinner (as previously reported) Young James Potter : Robbie Jarvis (as previously reported) New: Picture now available: 
CBBC Newsround also confirms the presense of the Dursleys in OoTP as reported here at SnitchSeeker. Two of Dudley's friends have also been cast: Piers Polkiss: Jason Boyd Malcolm: Richard Macklin
The controversy over the casting of Gary Oldman as Sirius Black continues as Newsround reports: Quote:

Awesome! I wonder if and when we'll hear about Mundungus? Because I'm curious as to who they'll pick...
Young James looks pretty good! And I'm happy about the Sirius thing. I'm not surprised. This is just business. The WB says Gary is coming back because of the rumors, to quell the masses, then they're caught in their lie and Gary's manager tries to get those masses back and shouting in order to make sure Gary gets the part and negotiations go the way they want. Again, it's just business.
And I can't believe how excited I am about OotP. It's probably my least favourite of the series, and yet, I'm excited. LOL

I sure hope Gary Oldman makes it into the film, it just won't be the same if they start switching people. Warner Brothers needs to get on the ball and go kiss up to him something fierce.
