 More on the PoA DVD Rumor - a three film disk set? - including images Summary:
DVDAnswers have posted yet more stuff on the PoA DVD - icluding cover art - none of which has been confirmed by WB. Article: More on the PoA DVD Rumors
Quite wisely, TLC have noted that none of the above rumors, or indeed this one, have been confirmed by WB yet. DVDAnswers have posted up yet more details on the "Prisoner of Azkaban" DVD.
They include shots of the cover art and some screen shots from the film.
Notably, they also added that this comment: Quote: Arriving the same day will be a Harry Potter three-pack release, containing the first three double-disc releases. This will retail for $59.92. This basically refers to a six piece disk set, featuring all three Harry Potter films released thus far together with their equivalent special features disks.
As TLC wisely concluded, none of this has been confirmed by WB yet.

the cover is cool, but change the color of the lettering from gold to grey like in the movie and previews, but i hope it does come out then so i can get it for me bday, november 13 my bday but ill have to wait then a year later c the 4th movie for my 18th bday, i kno to old, but i dont care!!!

That's great! The cover looks awesome, but where is theat screen shot supposed to be? A three film set? That's just what I need! ( because I kinda lost my dvds of the first two :ermsmile: )

But I will be 18 this year in December, so that means I will be 18 when the 4th movie come's out. But I don't care. I will always love Harry Potter, but I love the books more then the movie.
I have both the movies on DvD and VHS... I will probly get this set to knowing my mom that what she will buy me for my birthday. But oh will that just means I can keep it raped up and not open it so maybe it will be worth something someday. Or I could passes it down to my kids it I have any. Thats what I planed to do with the books. | |

If that is the real thing, then why wouldn't they put silver lettering instead of gold lettering, like they do for the third movie?

That cover is cool, its the same as the official poster so I am inclined to say that is what it will be. So I'm hoping this rumour may actually materialise. I'm not sure about the 3 DVD set though... I guess we shall just have to wait and see. I won't buy it though, (I mean the 3 set) as there is no point when I have the films anyway, because no doubt on Nov 23rd (rumoured release date) I will have POA in my grubby little mits!!

I hate how DVD companies are re-releasing DVDs with extra features to try and make more money. For someone like me, who collects movies and wants to be a director and therefore trys to get her hands on every special feature available, it's infuriating. If WB, or any movie studio, has extra goodies they should release it the first time around - not expect us to pay twice.
I am looking forward to the 23rd though because I can't wait to watch PoA again! Can you believe they already took it out of my local theater? I wasn't nearly done with it yet... lol.
