More information about a fundraising ball to be hosted by J.K.Rowling at Stirling Castle on March 17th has been revealed in the Sunday Mail.
The annual charity event will raise money in aid of multiple sclerosis research. Tickets for the fundraiser, which will have a Venetian theme, have already sold out and it is hoped that they will top the £300,000 raised last year. Quote:
Yesterday, a spokeswoman for Rowling said: "It's a masquerade ball for 250 people.
"It's a Venetian style ball. It's a dinner, dancing and an auction. We hope to match or raise even more than we did last time."

The Charity will raise money in aid of multiple sclerosis research...so the 300,000 raised last year is nothing...I hope the amount raised is double. For a worthy cause,no amount is enough.
