Lewis Lovers conducted an exclusive interview with actor Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom) earlier today, during which time he spoke about Deathly Hallows, which he has begun work on already - contrary to previous reports, working with his Harry Potter co-stars, his expectations of the film adaptations and some favourite set stories. Excerpts from the first part of the interview can be seen here: Quote: So can you say anything about this job you have? Everyone is wondering if its another movie, or if you are helping out on the DH set with something.
Matt: I'm working on DH
Megan: What sort of work are you doing?
Matt: I'm back playing Neville, filming away.
Matt: Only done two days so far though.
Which new actors cast in Deathly Hallows are you looking forward to working with?
Matt: Hmm, I don't really know of many of the new since I've only worked with Dan, Rupert and Emma so far.
What are you most excited to film?
Matt: Without a doubt, the final sequence
Matt: the battle of Hogwarts is going to be intense

Does this maybe mean he's filmed when he comes out of Ariana's portrait in Hog's mead?! Since he's only worked with Dan, Emma, and Rupert.

More like when they head into the cave leading to the Room of Requirement, because that's really the only scene that had only the four of them. When Neville heads out of the portrait, Aberforth's still around, and at the moment Ciaran Hinds is being dubious at best about his DH casting, so I doubt it's that.
