* Lovegoods in 4th book! - The Lovegoods were mentioned in GoF Summary:
I noticed that in the 3rd or 4th chapter of the 4th book they mention the lovegoods couldnt get tickets when they were with the portkey on top of the hill and Mr. Diggory asked if there was anyone else coming.
I thought this was neat and didnt make the connection until when the 5th book came out. Article:
Also, I have noticed they make mistakes in the movies like at the table Hermione says to Nearly Headless Nick "Nearly Headless how can you be Nearly Headless?" when it was really in the book Seamus Finnigan who said that.
Of course I have nothing against the movies but it always bugged me when they did something like that. |

| J.K always slips little things like that, in PoA Lupin mentions that a boy named Davey Gudgeon almost lost an eye when playing with the Whomping Willow, and Lockhart's long time admirer's name is Gladys Gudgeon, i've always wondered if they are realtives. And Gladys is mentioned again in OoTP. And Mundungus Fletcher is mentioned first in GoF as trying to rip off the ministry by claiming he lost a luxury tent during the Quidditch World cup. I could go on and on, she always drops names like that, making it look like they have nothing to do. |

Fifth | In the third book, Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Weasley were fighting, and Mr. Wealsey told Molly, that Harry and Ron had already been in the forest 2 times, but as far as i can remember, Rons only been in once..... and how would they know about the time they went in and met the spiders in the forest? :sorcerer: |

| Erm, I don't know anything about your books, but in the English version, Lovegoods were already there for a week(swear they weren't, my poltergeist must have done that to the book... ) and the Fawcets(or that) didn't get tickets. And, by the way, there was a Fawcet mentioned later in the book, at the Yule ball. She's in Hufflepuff. Just so you'd know.
And If I start saying how many mistakes there were in the movies you'd be bored silly. |

| Well in the movies there not so much as mistakes. They make Ron, Hermione, and Ron get in trouble to go into the forest cause they couldn't fit Harry and them sneaking Norbert out of the school. If something is different it cause it needs to link to the end of the movie. The books plots are more detailed cause it can be. I'm amused by the books and the movies. Either way their both good.

| that's soo cool... i never knew the lovegoods were in the 4th book... i guess i didn't really pay attention because i thought they were just background characters... hehe... but of course the movies make lots of mistakes... they can't actually copy the whole book... it's called plagerism (dunno how to spell that)... anyway, the movie would be like six hours! i mean i wouldn't mind watching a six hour harry potter movie but that would be too long! hehe...:sorcerer: |

He's also mentioned in CoS, when Harry first meets Mr. Weasly. Mr. Weasly says something about Mundungus trying to curse him while his back was turned. | |
