Can anyone by a chance... make a transcript for the video? Pretty please. The video doesn't work for me, and I'd really like to know what Dom said/did.
Thanks!

Quote: Can anyone by a chance... make a transcript for the video? Pretty please. The video doesn't work for me, and I'd really like to know what Dom said/did. He mainly said that it was phenomenom, he can remember it coming out in the UK (the book series) and he also seemed rather amused by how rich JK is. right, i seriously hope he was kidding when he said "i think it's great, little satanists are learning about our dark lord" :/
and i could sort of explain to you why people think it's satanic, cuz i wrote an essay defending it that got published in the paper and i live in alabama right now, but it would take too long and it'll make me really mad to relive it all again.
(for anyone who doesn't know, Alabama is the buckle of the US bible belt. )

The majority of the dark arts comments were completely satirical.

The last part I found really funny, when all the humourists were talking about little satanists reading the Harry Potter books. I mean, it was sort of ridiculous when they were discussing the banning of HP. It's not like we're going to sell our souls to the devil after reading it.

I am sooooo glad I am away from there going to school in the UK. I count it a huge blessing. I remember reading letters to the editor in the local newspaper last summer when I was home just before OotP was released. The right wing anti-HP rhortic was simply mind boogling. I brought my OotP at midnight and there were even people protesting in the bookstore parking lot. My Mom took the religious tract they offered her on "The Ills of Harry Potter" and after reading it I wanted to throw up.
