| | |  Liz Hurley not in OotP
Earlier this year rumours went around that Liz Hurley would play Bellatrix Lestrange in ' Order of the Phoenix'. Warner Brothers debunked this rumour, saying there was 'absolutely no truth' in it.
The same rumour has now resurfaced via ' Hola' magazine in which Liz is quoted as saying: Quote:
"I want to have fun and when I learned that most of my scenes are with the characters of Jason Isaacs and Ralph Fiennes I didn't doubt about doing it." [...] The filming locations will be right next door so my life as mother and wife will not be damaged."
Once again, Warner Brothers have stated that the rumour is false. Liz Hurley will not be in 'Order of the Phoenix'.
Casting for the fifth film is due to start this Autumn with shooting beginning in the Spring of 2006.

Ahh, thank goodness. From those pics... well, she looks too... aww, this will sound rude, I'm sorry! ...she looks a bit too.... old...-ish in my opinion, for Bellatrix. Sorry, but yeah. I'm not devastated or anything about the fact that she's not going to be in OotP. | |

I think she looked quite the Bellatrix... Though, no love lost, and I look forward to see who they actually cast.
Of course, we are all more anxious to see who Umbridge is.. *grin*

That stinks cause from her looks she would be great for it. I never knew how to picture her, but I think that Liz Hurley does the trick. Ashame that she isn't it though. I hope however does get the role does a good job with it though, cause I think that Bellatrix is going to be important in the sixth book. Well my beliefs anyway.

I think Liz is an okay actress, but she isnt the greatest, but on the other hand, Cate Blanchett would be a good bellatrix, she is exactly how i pictured her to be like. If you look at the dvd cover of her in Veronica Guerin, she looks so much like bellatrix. Heres a pic:  | |
