AZN Television, an Asian American TV channel, has included Katie Leung in their list of nominees for the 'Outstanding Newcomer Award' which will be presented at the '2006 Asian Excellence Awards' in January. That's great for her, but I personally don't think she really deserves it. Her acting was ok but after all she only says like 2 lines in the entire movie and didn't impress me all that much.

wow that's great for her i was surprised she was pretty good but she had little lines which isn't enough 2 prove that's she's really good..but yhea she seems fairly good

she's ok for a newcomer who didn't have any acting expeerience, but personally i could do better than her in GoF lol

I think despite her reduced role she was brilliant. She probably filmed a lot more but it was cut. From what we did see I think she's incredibly natural.
