| | | JK once got fired from a job for using the computer to write creative stories MSN Careers has an article written by Laura Morsch using J.K.Rowling as an example of how getting fired from a job isn't the end of the world. Joanne Kathleen (a.k.a. J.K.) Rowling Quote:
The author of the mega-popular Harry Potter books was canned from a secretarial job after she got caught using the company computer to write creative stories. She used her severance pay to write Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, using grant money to finish it after she ran out of cash. The Harry Potter series became a global craze and Rowling became a billionaire.

| I bet J.Ks laughing now and her old boss is crying but when you think of it, if he hadnt fired her do you think that she still might be working there. She might have not even published any books. So maybe we should all go give him a pat on the back and a punch in the face at the same time. |

Yay...there's hope for me yet. I didn't exactly get fired but my job is no longer a safe place so now I must hit the pavement come Monday morning. This article about Jo makes me feel a bit better about it.

There's is nothing like showing your ex-boss how much better you are than them. I can't wait for the day when I get to do that.

well i bet they're regretting their decision now!! wonder if theyre cherishing her comp, like "jo's fingers touched these keys..."
is this one of those ironic situations? have a difficulty identifying those but this kinda seems like one. she's prolly rich enough to buy that company that she worked for lol
