When CBBC reported the casting of Jessie Cave as Lavender Brown in Half-Blood Prince they also noted she would be appearing in a new drama this year. Promotional images of her from that show, Summer Hill, have emerged and can be seen here.    
Source: JCF UPDATE: Summerhill starts on January 21st on the CBBC channel at 6pm. It continues on January 22nd, January 28th and January 29th. Alternatively, it can be seen on BBC4 on January 28th at 9pm. | |

She has sum features that i imagined Lavendar with for example her smile but other than that she doest resemble lavendar at all...I would like to see her act tho, it wud be interesting to see. Cant wait for the film!

Hmmm... shes not really what I pictured as Lavender. But shes really cute! Shes really really pretty. And (I hate to say this... b/c he is mine! ) But I can see her and Ron together... they'll be cute. :] Edit: I pictured Lavender with really blonde hair for some reason... I don't know why. I kind of pictured her like that annoying cheerleader every school has... but thats probably just because I'm jealous that she gets to kiss Ron. :p And also, for the people who have been commenting on how shes dressed, I think there is a certian Hogwarts feel to what shes wearing... like when the kids aren't in school. Its really ecclectic and its still cute... I think she'll play the role well. :]
