| | |  Japanese & Bulgarian HBP translation release dates
The release date for the Japanese translation of ' Half-Blood Prince' has been announced. The publishers have said that it will be released on May 17th, 2006.
Additionally, the Bulgarian translation date has also been announced. It will be released on December 13th 2005.

Must be weird when they translate the Potter movies into Japanese!
I've read the English, Dutch and German version of the books, have to say the English one was the best!

That's a long time to wait, but I am guessing that it isn't an easy task to have to translate that entire book. Or any book, for that matter. It's cool they are doing it though. It will probably be easier for the japanese to read it in their native language, even if they already read it in English.
