| | | Jamie Waylett describes HP filming in Oxford - Summary:
Jamie Waylett (Crabbe) briefly describes his point of view on GOF fimling in Oxford University. Article:
Jamie Waylett plays the part of Slytherin bad boy Vincent Crabbe alongside Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy) and Josh Herdman (Goyle) in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and the upcoming Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
From the official site of Jaymie Waylett, here is what he said about GOF filming in Oxford University. Quote: Just returned from filming on location in Oxford.
As usual it rained, it seems that it always rains when we are on location.
I spent nearly the whole week filming Just one scene, with Maggie Smith, Brendan Gleeson, Tom, Josh and Dan, it was great fun, I really enjoyed it.
Brendan Gleeson was great, he is very friendly, funny man who plays the part of Mad-Eye Moody.
As you will know, I'm not allowed to say too much about the filming, but I think that scene could turn out to be one of the funniest scene in all of the movies! It doesn't sound as if he can say much but, judging by recent reports from the CBBC and fans and the fact that we know ferrets are being used on set, I think it's safe to say that the scene he is referring to is the Malfoy/Moody/Bouncing Ferret one. Harry latino also has this short interview with him: Quote: HarryLatino: How is filming with Mike Newell? What are the differences between the directors? Jamie: All three directors have had very different styles, but all have been good to work with, they all knew we were children and they have helped us improve with their experience of filming. Are you enjoying the filming?
Filming is usually fun, tutoring is OK, it's the waiting to go on set that can be very boring. Which is your relationship with the other staff?
All the cast and crew get on very well, it's like a big family, we are all pleased to meet each other at the studio and talk about what we have done since we last met. Have you spoken with J.K. Rowling?
I have only met J.K. Rowling twice, she gave me a big hug and told me I was just as she imagined Crabbe when she was writing her books. HPANA. |

I think he's talking about the ferret scene with Moody and Draco. All the characters are there except Emma and Rupert. Maybe their not in this scene? Or possibly they filmed it at another time.

I love reading set reports! I just wish he was allowed to say more! I also think that scene may have been the ferret scene, cause it is the most funny one in book 4!

Cool!! I think this may be the ferret scene as everyone is there apart from the trio, but he did mention the funny side...Oh I am so loving all these set reports/interviews/pics!! And the rain, yeah the UK has had a really rainy summer, so no wonder it was raining on set!! Keep these reports coming and I'll be happy until the film comes out :sorcerer:

i hope the 6th book comes out just in time for the screenplay to be written, right after the 5th movie has been filmed. just pop these things out in consecutive order and they won't have to worry too much about the age difference. wishful thinking
