The Telegraph has a brief interview with J.K.Rowling in which she talks about writing her newest children's story in cafes. Quote: |
"I will continue writing for children because that's what I enjoy," reveals Jo, who greatly misses the child wizard. "It's left me with the biggest emptiness in my life." She will, however, leave behind the magical world of Hogwarts. "I believe that it's good for me and good for my readers that I bring myself to work on something different," she declares.

I think it's best for her and all of us to leave Harry Potter where it is, now. Fan fiction will come, but another official Potter book would ruin the fun of it all. It would - - lose its touch. Jo created a phenomenon, and she should leave it at that. Besides, I want to see what else she has in store for us!

I'm getting withdrawls from not being able to read any of the HP books after the Deathly Hollows, it's always been a childhood fantasy and I'm really going to miss that there will be no more of them, but as you said Life goes on...
