J.K. Rowling has updated the links page of her official website, where she added The VOLANT Charitable Trust website, from which Jo supports, financially and as a humanitarian, some of her favourite charities. Long-term research projects have been set up to treat and possibly cure such diseases as Multiple Sclerosis, and help alleviate the problems with social deprivation, with special emphasis on women's and children's issues.
