| | |  J.K. Rowling to read from HBP at Queen's birthday and fans can win tickets!
We reported back in February that J.K. Rowling would be reading at a children's literature themed party at Buckingham Palace on June 25th to celebrate the Queen's 80th birthday. Today's Telegraph has announced that Ms. Rowling will be reading from 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince' and that two lucky children (ages 4-14) accompanied by an adult can win tickets to the party. Children must be U.K. residents and submit the following to win: Quote:
•For the chance to win the invitation, children aged between 4 and 14 should answer the following question in no more than 30 words: "Which children's character would you most like to meet at the Palace and why?"
Quote:
•Send your entry on a postcard - including your name, age, address and telephone number - to Queen's Tea Party Competition, The Daily Telegraph, 1 Canada Square, London, E14 4FD, to arrive no later than Friday May 26.
