The Sunday Times is reporting that J.K. Rowling will be reading at the Queen’s 80th birthday party this June. The Times states that the author will be reading from 'the next Harry Potter book', which may in fact refer to book six, 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'. The event will be telivised on Saturday, June 25.

Well the theme is kids literature and loads of authors plus famous characters are attending and I suppose it seemed only right that children as well as the royals should enjoy that.

Haha I wish that I knew that there was a way to enter... I would've instantly... But since I'm in America I wonder how I'd get to England?

Haha I figured... I could pretend... Though I must admit; my accent is rather horrible. I'm still a HP goo-ru though... I wish they'd let American kids audition for the roles... Ah, well, Happy birthday Queen!
