| | |  J.K. Rowling to read at the Queen's 80th birthday party
The Sunday Times is reporting that J.K. Rowling will be reading at the Queen’s 80th birthday party this June. The Times states that the author will be reading from 'the next Harry Potter book', which may in fact refer to book six, 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'. The event will be telivised on Saturday, June 25. Quote:
A tree-lined area will be converted into Winnie the Pooh’s Hundred Acre Wood; Peter Pan will duel with Captain Hook aboard a pirate ship on a lake; and J K Rowling will read from her next Harry Potter book. Quote:
Most of the royal family, including Princes William and Harry, are expected to attend.

Yay!! I live in England and ive signed up for an invitation to the queens party - i can't wait to see if ive got an invitation!!! remember jk has never done a reading from a yet to be released book before, they might just mean book 6, and there is no confirmation that dan will actually attend the party, so im gonna take the article with a pinch of salt.

^Yeah, I was just reading on TLC that it won't be book 7, that they had a massive typo. That it'll actually be *a* HP book, but she doesn't know which one. Bummer.
