J.K. Rowling attended the British Comedy awards last night in London, where she presented a lifetime achievement award to entertainer Stephen Fry (U.K. Potter audiobook narrator), but not before host Jonathan Ross had a bit of fun with her. Quote:
Even better was the thrill of seeing J.K. Rowling on stage with Jonathan Ross, presenting Fry's award. Ross cheekily asked her to sign a book for him, not one of her own Harry Potter ones but a tome by rival kiddie author Philip Pullman! She gamely played along.
