J.K. Rowling admitted that Newt Scamander's wife Porpentina does go by the nickname Tina, which is one of the rumoured names of the characters set to be cast in the upcoming
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them films.
While only Eddie Redmayne's casting as Scamander for the trilogy has been confirmed, several actresses have been
rumoured to be running for the role of Tina, along with a younger sister named Queenie, Rowling corrected. Those actresses, noted The Wrap and Variety last week, are listed below.

Lili Simmons (Banshee, Geek Charming)
Dakota Fanning (The Twilight Saga, Coraline)
Alison Sudol (Transparent, also known as the musician A Fine Frenzy) Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, written by the Harry Potter author and directed by David Yates, will have its first installment release in November 2016.
