| | |  Hogwarts Challenge DVD game details
We have more details about Warner Home Video's (WHV) new interactive DVD game, which we told you about last month. Harry Potter: Hogwarts Challenge is based on the first three films and players will be able to get Sorted, attend classes, go to Quidditch tryouts and participate in year-end challenges to determine who wins the House Cup. The game, which is played entirely through the DVD player and remote, also includes clips from all five films and a wizard duel for a chance to win tickets to the Quidditch World Cup.  Quote:
"It is a privilege for WHV to be able to develop this revolutionary interactive DVD game that showcases one of the most successful franchises spanning the globe," said Amit Desai, WHV Vice President, Kids and Sports Marketing. "Our goal with our interactive DVD titles is to bring more family-friendly characters to life in a hands-on interactive way that is fun for all."
You can read more specific details about the game here. Harry Potter: Hogwarts Challenge will be released on December 11, the same day the Order of the Phoenix DVD hits U.S. store shelves. The suggested retail price is $24.98.  | |
