| | | HBP offices like CoS
Dianne Hess, executive editor of Scholastic Press attended a conference in Seattle last weekend and described what the office is like during the build up to the ' Half-Blood Prince' release.
She talked about Scholastic Press editors preparing J.K. Rowling's sixth installment of the Harry Potter series for release. (Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is due out July 16.)
Although everything is hush-hush, Hess did say the office where the work is being done has been nicknamed the Chamber of Secrets, after Rowling's second book. Entry is limited, and everything is kept under lock and key.

sounds more like a department of mysteries thing to me. I do understand why they would do it though. Can't wait here!

Isn't that funny! Remember when OOTP was being printed some men in the U.K. stole one and it was found in a field, also some woman in the US had bought one before it was due for release. Maybe that's why security is tight this time.

That's so cute! Wish I could work in that office! Imagine being able to say you work where hp is published! Hope their plans for security go better than last time.

Thats a clever name... if only a few select ppl can get it and secrets are inside the room then the name fits perfectly.
