Bloomsbury CEO Nigel Newton told Publishing News that judging by pre-orders, the release of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince on July 16th will be "the biggest Harry Potter launch ever by far."
I'm thinking I may want to go ahead and pre-order, because it's 32 miles to Barnes & Noble. When OOTP came out by 3PM everywhere was sold out, if I pre-order I know I'll get a copy.
It's expected....and my dad said I shouldnt pre-order it.....ah...stupid man.....<----Eddie Izzard reference! I love Eddie!

heh heh ~*HermioneGranger*~ and i are doing the whole sleep outside and burst in the doors at 9:01 am.... we've already preordered them but its going to be fun. *gets sleeping bag ready*
i pre-ordered mine. but i set it up so that i can pick it up at the bookstore instead of having it delivered to my house, since fed ex never comes to my house until later in the day, so i'm just going to wake up early on the day it's released to pick up my copy from barnes and nobles.
