This was A bit by the pics of Poa we've seen..It talks a/b how much Rupert,Dan and Emma have grown

'A mysterious purple, double-decker London bus, an escpaed killer,a bespectacled boy wizard on the run-- Here's a sneek peek of the third visual helping of the hugely populay Harry Potter series. The Prisoner of Askaban is currently fliming in Britain and is set for release next spring. Daniel Radcliffe Reprieses his role as Harry, who, in this installment,is in his 3rd year at Hogwarts. (shows pic of R,D and E in SS and in Poa) Look how much they've grown! Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) was just 10 years old 4 years ago when the films started. The ytoung actors have sprouted into adults since the Sorcerer's Stone. Daniel even admits he may look too old to finish the trilogy, saying "I'll Probably get too spotty or tall." He's now 14 and shaving. See Prisoner of Askaban this Spring!'

Tell me what you think!

They're getting too old to finish the "trilogy"? That would only be 3 movies, which they're almost finished with...wouldn't the Harry Potter movies be a "septology" or something like that if they made all of them? And I think 14 years old can hardly be considered adult, but I guess it does seem a lot older than when they made "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone." And I've heard things about how Dan, Rupert and Emma aren't signed on for sure for "Goblet of Fire" yet, but they'd be about the right ages for that one if it's going to be released in 2005. They have like 20-year-olds playing middle-school students on Disney Channel. I guess I just don't understand why it would be so unbelievable to have a 15-year-old (Dan's age in 2005) playing a 14-year-old...

There are lots of mistakes in that article which makes me believe it is not all true, but otherwise, if it is true- then... I don't think Daniel looks too old!

Guys dont worry. Who cares if he has started shaving it happens with all guys! Also they have been all signed on for GOf as a set report noted. Emma signed on the 14th August and she was apparently the last of the trio to do so.

I could see that they are growing up. In the POA pics, i don't even regonize Emma. . .and Dan dose look a little older. I'm not gonna worry about it though. . . . . .Dan will always be my HP! And i agree w/Thelipstick. . .

Whoever made the comment about "i dont see why its so difficult to believe a 15 year old playing a 14 year old", you were so right. Lets see, Malissa Joan Heart played Clarissa forever! And then Sabrina the teenaged witch. She was like twenty when sabrina was in her senior year of high school. Or something like that. It's no big deal! So what If Daniel Radcliffe shaves, it happens! Emma probably started her period too, big woop. It happens! They are just getting older, like you, me, and everyone else in the world. We just notice it more because they are so famous. That happens with child stars. I personally wish that they would STAY as their characters, because......for me, if in a series of hit movies, an actor is changed out [and not because they died, poor dumbledore, that i dont mind] for another one, it seems cheap......fake......not worth the money. Like I'm getting played or used. Almost like they want me to believe that So-and-so is really Harry Potter, when in my mind frame, its Daniel Radcliffe. I hope I'm making sense here.

That is so true! I mean all of us are going through puberty just like they are but they are only more noticable to the world because they are the famous Harry Potter trio. So what! Why cant the press just stay out of their personal lives? They made such a big deal when Danile's voice broke and when he grew like 10 cm or something, who cares though? Cause I just had a growth spurt but you dont see me posted all over the paper do you?

It's different. It really really is. You can make a 21 year old play a 19 year old on TV because they're pretty much in the same age range and they've already developed. Sarah Michelle Gellar did it for years on Buffy. She was like 21/22 when the show started and Buffy was only 16/17. But it is VERY difficult to pull off making a 16/17 year old play a 14 yeard old. (Tom Felton) He's going to look too too old for the part. Daniel Radcliffe might be okay because he's still in that age range. Only 15 when his character will be 14. Even then you can really notice in the movies that they don't look their age. If you watch CoS, and think to yourself how old these kids are suppossed to be, you'd never believe it. They don't look 12!!! Thye look 13/14 years old, how they really are. I just think it mught be harder to do then some people think.

Okay georgie. *holds her back* Calm down before you rip someone's head open.

And to Hanna Mari, please do not flame like that. Sierramist726 didn't say that, so you have no right to call her a dolt. She got that piece of intormation off a news source.

I really, really hate it when the press does that! I totally, seriously hate it when the media meddles in celebrities' personal businesses and lives. I mean...what's with that? What's the point? It's not my business what's going on with their...their love lives and stuff like that.

And also...I saw the pic (maybe it's the same) in People magazine...the trio in a scene in Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone (Petrificus Totalus, to be more specific) and the trio in a scene in PoA, which compares how much they've changed and there's only a little article...only about 8-10 sentences. And you know what the title of the article is? 'Harry Potter and the Curse of Puberty.' Wish I have it with me to post what the article says, but that was our neighbor's magazine...lol.

Daniel probably doesn't want the whole world to know that he has hit puberty...And I promise you all that Daniel is HARRY POTTER. I would not watch the movies if he didn't play Harry Potter. Emma surely doesn't want others to know she might have her period, and if she does...I wonder if she's a bit timid around Dan? What do you think? I mean, there are a lot of hormones, and they both have started puberty...All of this is totally normal and it shouldn't be a big deal...it's jjst fun to think about...LOL, KIDDING!!!!!!
