Harry Potter's Alfonso Cuaron, David Heyman get Oscar nominations
The Academy Award nominations were announced Thursday morning, and Alfonso Cuaron was one of the lead recipients.
The Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban director was nominated for three Oscars, including Best Picture for Gravity, which he shares with first-time nominee producer David Heyman. Cuaron also received nominations for Best Director and Achievement in Editing. The full list can be found here.
The 2014 Academy Awards will take place live from Los Angeles the evening of Sunday, March 2, 2014.
