HARRY POTTER SPECIAL CONFERENCE - Summary:
Thanks to Veritaserum.com, we now know have some info on a special HP session in November. Article:
The session is called "Romancing the Philosopher's Stone: Harry Potter, Literary Portkey." The session will be taking place on November 14-16, 2004. Papers addressing any academic aspect of the Harry Potter novels are welcome.

^ I agree! The closest I have ever gotten is when book 5 was released and there was a huge croud of people outside the book store...
