| | |  Half-Blood Prince video game release date pushed back
Electronic Arts have today announced in a press release that the Half-Blood Prince video game will be pushed back to coincide with the opening of the sixth film. No specific date has yet been revealed. Quote:
“We have enjoyed a wonderful partnership with EA in collaborating on the videogames for all of the Harry Potter films,” said Harry Potter film Producer David Heyman. “The visual look of the game for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is incredibly authentic to the film and will provide a truly compelling experience for everyone who plays.”

I'm not terribly surprised. It would have been hilarious (and i had a tiny glimmer of hope for this bit of fumbling folly to actually come to pass but no real expectations) had they overlooked this detail and let it be released on the previous schedule, but how realistic would that foul up have been?

Because my mum got one of her christmas catalogues in the post the other day,and I looked through it.
It had the HBP game as released in NOV 2008 (which we know it isn't now),and the picture they used for it was that one of the DD and Harry sillouettes in the cave..with the green background.
I thought that had been proved as a fake when it was posted as an official poster.
