| | |  Half-Blood Prince run time listed at 140 minutes
The Internet Movie Database has recently listed the run time for the final cut of Half-Blood Prince at 140 minutes (2 hours, 20 minutes). However, there has been no confirmation from Warner Bros. on this news, which we will update with when it is made available (we are currently awaiting it). Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be released in theatres July 17, 2009. International release dates for the sixth film can be viewed here.

That doesn't seem that long. From the trailers, to me anyway, it looks like it might be longer. They can't cram all of that in, and the stuff we haven't seen. At least close to three hours, I hope.
