| | |  Half-Blood Prince filming in Lacock next week
A local newspaper has details regarding Half-Blood Prince filming that is due to take place next week in Lacock, England. Dan Radcliffe & Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort) are expected to be on location for the shooting, as are death eaters. Three nights of work will start on Wednesday, with the shoot lasting between 5pm - 5am. Quote:
Jean Sheard, owner of the Lacock Bakery in Church Street said: "I cannot praise the film crew enough.
"They are really concerned about everyone that lives here and they let us know everything that is happening as it happens.
"We are used to films being shot here but I have to say that I am really looking forward to this.
"There has been a lot of preparation going on and they have been doing things to the outsides of houses on Church Street.
"They have been painting the outsides of houses and adding bits to them too.
"We are all going to be given dark blinds of some kind to put across our windows at night to help prevent our lights shining out when they are filming.
"That way we can get on with our lives as normal and carry on with whatever we would normally do when they shoot scenes."
The village is to receive £30,000 compensation, £15,000 of which will go directly to the parish council, for putting up with the disruption. Each resident will also receive a sum of £200 for the inconvenience during the filming.  | |
