| | |  Half-Blood Prince DVD sales break UK first-day sales records
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, which went on sale in the UK on December 7th, broke the first day DVD and Blu-ray sales record for the nation in 2009, selling over 840,000 units, 53,000 of which were Blu-ray. The film is also currently the number one downloaded movie on iTunes; and the Blu-ray version has had the biggest first day ever for a family entertainment release.
We will update further on this, including the number of copies sold in the US, where the DVD and Blu-ray were released on Tuesday.

I've watched it again yesterday. Now that the initial shock has worn off about all the good parts the cut out, I'm really learning to love the movie. The more I watch it, the more I seem to enjoy it!
