Representatives for Naomi Watts, Joseph Fiennes, and Stuart Townsend have all deniedclaims that their talent are to appear in Half-Blood Prince.

Actually,I was REALLY hoping they would cast an unknown for Narcissa Malfoy.I mean,Naomi Watts could play the part,but she's an American and the accent might be kind of iffy.I prefer regular people in the films instead of famous actors and actresses playing the roles.
Naomi is english. She was born in London.
Even though he's an american, Richard Riehle would fit as Sluggo since he looks literally like his twin: its.rufus!
