I think young Wormtail looks like the older one, Grawp look more like a troll than a giant, and I pictured threstrals to be a more metallic black color.

I pictures thestrals to be more.. elegant, and less... nightmarish.
I didn't mean to make it a pun, with the whole.. nightmare thing, as they happen to be horse-like creatures. But it was quite funny!
