Post GoF to 'rival' Star Wars

Total Film Magazine has featured a brief synopsis on the 'Goblet of Fire' film. While much of the actual information is old, it does make for a good read.

Quote:
"As one generation's seminal fantasy saga comes to a close, it's time for another youngster to grasp his glowing wand and continue his assault on pop culture.

The fourth Harry Potter movie promises to be, yes, even darker, with a finale that aims to rival Revenge Of The Sith's fiery molten showdown. Now is the time for our speccy young wizard to face his worst enemy, Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) - and lose a friend in the process...

Goblet of Fire is also a skewed sports-flick, with the story pivoting on the perilous Triwizard Tournament. Think of a triathlon with Dragons, mazes and mermaids. Three wizarding schools vie for the first prize in the contest, their competitors chosen by the magical, sambuca-stylee Goblet of Fire.

And, wouldn't you just know it, the Goblet picks Potter to represent Hogwarts. Expect trouble.

FACT! Voldemort follower and Death Eater, Barty Crouch Jr, is played by David Tennant, the new Doctor Who."

I agree with you!! i saw the 1st 3 star wars in school (yeah, couldn't they have thought of something better to teach us..dumb teacher) and I didn't find them that enticing.

they were kind of cheesy, and well, any Harry Potter movie is 1000 times better in my opinion.

good, I think GOF will do better and more people will like it than the newest Star Wars, which looks even worse than the original ones which were i guess half way decent.

Go GOF..Harry Potter needs to beat Star Wars..SW has had its fun, its been around since the 70s, give us a break already

Me too...yeah it would...

And for those who don't know we couldn't have movies like the Harry Potter ones without Star Wars, because George Lucas and his team invented the technology that makes dragons look real or Harry be able to fly.
Yeah! w00t w00t! Go Lucas! lol
