| | |  'Goblet of Fire' biggest film of 2005 in UK
The BBC is reporting that ' Goblet of Fire' was the biggest selling film of 2005 in the UK, according to figures presented by Screen International. Quote:
The fourth Potter movie has made £43m - £4m more than the year's second biggest movie, Star Wars: Episode III.
Last year's box-office champion was Shrek 2, which made £48m in 2004. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban came second with £46m.

I don't see it as much of a surprise, it was so hugely anticipated that everyone rushed to be the first to see it on the opening weekend alone.  Mind you, beating starwars...still believeable hehe | |

Woohoo! Go GOF! But of course it was the best selling! It had Rupert Grint in it! I don't like the Shrek movies that much. They just aren't particularly interesting or funny.
