The German discount supermarket chain Aldi has confirmed that a recall is taking place of a number of 'fun lights' sold in their stores nationwide.
The lights being recalled are Bob The Builder, Harry Potter, Bugs Bunny, Tweety Pie and Winnie The Pooh.
In a statement, Aldi said all their products are put through stringent safety checks prior to going on sale by an international safety standards consultancy, but that an "error" was made in the case of these lights.
The chain has encouraged customers who may have bought these products to return them to their local stores, where they will be entitled to a full refund.
