| | |  Freddie Stroma reprises Cormac McLaggen role in Deathly Hallows
Waring and McKenna, the management team behind actor Freddie Stroma, have updated their site to confirm that Freddie will indeed be reprising his role as Cormac McLaggen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. 
SnitchSeeker asked Freddie if he would be reprising his role as Cormac for the final films at the New York premiere of Half-Blood Prince last July, though he was uncertain at the time.
The final installments of the series, Deathly Hallows, will be released on November 19, 2010 and July 15, 2011. | |

I don't recall Cormac being in Deathly Hallows at all, but I'm not complaining! Another Potter with Freddie in it is PERFECT! 
Cannot wait to see him in it and end up spazzing due to his hotness.

except be in the background at the final fight or something

Actually, he had already graduated by this part of the story. Some past students come back to fight, such as Oliver Wood. Maybe that's what this is. Quote:
