| | |  Finnish Deathly Hallows released
The Finnish translation of Deathly Hallows was released on Friday morning, with many book shops electing to hold events which resulted in many queues of excited fans. Some arrived as early as Thursday morning. Selling times differed, with some places opting to open at 7am rather than midnight. Quote:
"I have to get the book straightaway" , offered 15-year-old Laura Kurki and 16-year-old Elli Kapanen as the reason for their lengthy wait. "It doesn’t matter that I have read the book already, in English."
The final book had a record-breaking first-run of 180,000 in Finland, with this edition being larger than any other in the series. | |

I live in Sweden, and Finland is our neighbouring country. We in Sweden got the book translated to our language in November!
It's strange it took so much longer for the Finnish book to come out but whatever

Its good that they sold it in a different language because that means more people get to ride along on the journey of Harry Potter. In fact i might read the Philospher's stone because i read the english version. I'm pretty excited.
