| | |  Final Book could vanish from small shops
If you are starting to make plans about where to buy the final Harry Potter book, you may want to check first to see if the store will be selling it. In the UK, a survey by The Bookseller magazine found that they could not match the discounted prices and have decided to not stock up.
In the Daily Telegraph, Charles Hampton of Boarderman's bookshop in Bishop's Stortford said: "We made a loss on the last one and I am not prepared to make a loss on this one."
However, the Daily Telegraph reports that the majority of independents asked said, however, that they would stock the title in order to retain customer loyalty.
In the same article, a Bloomsbury spokeswoman said: "We don't give extra discounts on Harry Potter to anybody. We are the largest independent publisher left in the UK and we will do everything we can to support independent bookshops."

Those who are saying they're glad they're in another country, this article doesn't necessarily mean that it'll just be UK stores that won't stock it. There may be smaller book stores all over the world that will decide not to stock it because of losses. If UK stores are thinking it, others will be too.
I just hope that the lack of some stores stocking it doesn't leave too many fans waiting after the release date for their copy.
