| | | Ferrets to be used in GoF Malfoy/Moody scene - for Malfoy scene in GoF the film Summary:
A staff memeber from PotterWorldOnline has passed on some very interesting information to the people pver at HPANA concerning ferrets trained and being used in the Goblet of Fire film. Article: Ferrets to be used in GoF Malfoy/Moody scene Laly (from PotterWorldOnline) has passed the following information onto the people over at HPANA concerning the use of ferrets in the film, Goblet of Fire. This seems to indicate that the Malfoy/ferret scene is being filmed. Earlier we did have reports from Tom Felton, the actor who plays Draco Malfoy, talking about filming the scene.
A woman on Radio France claimed that one of her relatives is working for the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire taking care of ferrets. Quote: This morning, on a French radio report (Radio France), a woman was interviewed and she said some things about the 4th Harry Potter set, and especially about the animals training on the set. It seems that one of her relatives is working now in Oxford and is taking care of ferrets for some scenes in GoF.
Clearly, you can think about the Malfoy/Moody scene, but that's only a deduction - time will tell. And it can also be cut at the end of the filming, but we all know now that there is a possibility that we can see this famous scene in [the movie]. The scene talked about, from the book, is as follows: Quote: Harry spun around. Professor Moody was limping down the marble staircase. His wand was out and it was pointing right at a pure white ferret, which was shivering on the stone-flagged floor, exactly where Malfoy had been standing.
...
"Don't talk to me," Ron said quietly to Harry and Hermione as they sat down at the Gryffindor table a few minutes later, sur*rounded by excited talk on all sides about what had just happened.
"Why not?" said Hermione in surprise.
"Because I want to fix that in my memory forever," said Ron, his eyes closed and an uplifted expression on his face. "Draco Malfoy, the amazing bouncing ferret." Source: PotterWorldOnline via HPANA. |

| Oh, I am sure Hermione will be given the 'Amazing Bouncing Ferret!' line because it's a key Ron line! And heaven forbid character's in the movie are anything like the books...
Sorry, just sat through three hours of Super!Hermy again! Oh well, still hoping this won't include the Tom-Felton!nude!scene!

Hogwarts RPG Name: Remus James Lupin (RJ) Second Year | Gryfflepuff That would be an amazing scene. It's been one of my favorite scenes from the books. I even created a hex based on it for DADA homework this past term, the Weosule Hex. Weosule is the root word for weasel. Anyway, I can't wait to see that one in the movie.

Oh, it'd be worth watching Tom F when he enacts the part esp. when he's back to human. The book made it fantastic, I hope the movie makes it even better!!! :sorcerer:

Alright! I was wondering when we going to hear news of even the slightest chance the scene was going to be put into the movie. This is great I just cna't wait to see that scene (If it gets put into the movie of course). Hope it's good.

That's a great scene! They're really gonna need it for comic relief as it will probably be one of few funny scenes. Cause the book is very dark. Can't wait!

Maybe it happened a few times but I really think that Ron's going to keep his lines on this part. It's not about Hermione ALL the time.

I dunno. I sort of can see Klovesperhaps twisting it after all the Hermione/Draco hatred that went on in CoS it might make sense in his twisted world. But yeah I get what you mean too.

You have to remember Cuaron was big on Emma/Hermione... I think he influenced that in POA... I can't remember if she had any of his lines in the first two.
Ron is much better with the comedy though... I hope they do this scene justice... I can't imagine how they could mess it up!

She got the Mudblood lines and the lines about Salazar being a pureblood and knowing parseltongue and about hearing voices not being a good thing, even in the wizarding world which is ludicrous mainly because Hermione does not live in the wizarding world. Mainly it was CoS where the line stealing start to occur.

They cant have Hermione say that. It's not her thing to say that. If they do have her say that, they're doing something wrong.

Plenty of times over it's happened so it could very well happen again.
