Post 'Fantastic Beasts'-themed Newt Scamander wand & occamy pins on sale to benefit Lumos

Lumos will be selling limited-edition pin badges featuring Newt Scamander’s wand imposed on an Occamy, as part of promotion for November's release of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, as well as to donate all sales to J.K. Rowling's charity to end the institutionalisation of millions of children around the world. Purchase the pin here.

Anyone who purchases the pins between now and October 31st will automatically be entered to a pair of tickets to the London premiere of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, set to take place on Tuesday, November 13 at Leicester Square - with the cast and crew in attendance.

Wizarding World fans will soon be able to own an exclusive limited edition pin badge featuring Newt Scamander’s wand. Every purchase until 31st October includes a chance to win tickets to the UK premiere of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, in cinemas 16th November from Warner Bros. Pictures.

The Newt Scamander wand pin badge, exclusively available until 31st December, is being sold on behalf of Lumos, the children’s rights charity founded by J.K. Rowling to end the institutionalisation of millions of children around the world.

Priced at just £5.99, the badge can be purchased at wearelumos.org/fantasticbeasts and in person at Fantastic Beasts: Wizarding World Wands supporting Lumos, a breath-taking wand installation on Peter’s Hill in London to celebrate the forthcoming film and help raise awareness of Lumos’ work. From 18th October until 13th November, nine 15ft wands will illuminate the walkway between Millennium Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral every evening at 6.45pm until they deluminate at 10.45pm.

Those who buy a badge before 11.59pm on 31st October will also have the opportunity to win a pair of tickets to the UK premiere of the highly anticipated new Wizarding World adventure Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald on 13th November.

This is a rare chance for Wizarding World fans to own this limited edition Newt Scamander pin badge and be part of Lumos’ movement to bring light to children’s lives.

Lumos CEO Georgette Mulheir said: “Lumos is delighted to be able to give wizarding fans this very special chance to own their very own piece of magic and support our vital work helping vulnerable children around the world.
“This beautiful pin badge features Newt Scamander’s wand and an Occamy and will make a wonderful addition to any fan’s collection.”

Made from spin cast zinc alloy and nickel plating, this limited-edition pin badge is available to pre-order now.

Available to those living in the UK, Europe, US and Canada, this badge is a limited edition run and will only be available until 31st December, 2018.
