Post 'Fantastic Beasts' film screenplay available in large print for dyslexic readers

W. F. Howes Ltd, the UK’s leading publisher of Audiobooks and Large Print, announced that larger-print copies of J.K. Rowling's screenplay for Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, is available now for dyslexic readers. This is the second Wizarding world related title to have been published in this format, after the summer release of Jack Thorne's Harry Potter and the Cursed Child rehearsal script book.

W. F. Howes Ltd, the UK’s leading publisher of Audiobooks and Large Print, today announces the availability of the accessible Large Print edition of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, the screenplay edition of the blockbuster film starring Eddie Redmayne.

The specialist edition is the second title published in the dyslexic readers’ format, following the runaway bestselling script-book of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Both accessible Large Print editions were formatted according to guidelines based on research from the British Dyslexia Association and the University of South Wales.

The book can be ordered now for consumers on Amazon: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Fantastic-Beasts-Where-Find-Them/dp/1510054588 and for libraries through the W.F.Howes website: https://www.wfhowes.co.uk/title-details/9781510054585.

The book is the ideal companion to the blockbuster film, with fans able to purchase this collectable edition of the screenplay, written and adapted by J.K. Rowling, and re-read all of their favourite lines from Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) and Jacob Kowalski (Dan Fogler). The book also features a glossary of detailed film terms to bring readers closer to the production as well as the original illustrations from the paperback, featuring all of the most popular beasts including the naughty niffler!

The editions created by W.F.Howes are specifically designed for readers who require larger font and cater for readers with dyslexia and dyspraxia, which is around 15% of the UK population (Source: British Dyslexia Association, www.bdadyslexia.org.uk). The edition is also suitable for readers with other difficulties impacting the ability to track words including Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, brain injury and Cerebral Palsy.

The accessible format is available now for consumers to order from Amazon.co.uk, and for libraries directly from W.F.Howes. Trade editions for booksellers are available through Gardners Books.

Pre-order J.K. Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them in the following formats now:

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (Amazon Exclusive) (Niffler Figurine/Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD UltraViolet Combo Pack)
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD UltraViolet Combo Pack)

It's amazing! What a great news!

It would be great if we had a Portuguese version in that dyslexic format!
