Exclusive: Tom Felton talks Deathly Hallows filming to SnitchSeeker
SnitchSeeker, along with our affiliates Harry Potter's Page and DanRadcliffe.co.uk, got the chance to interview Tom Felton earlier today at the New Jersey Hot Topic event to promote Half-Blood Prince.
Tom opened up about getting started on Malfoy Manor sequences next week for Deathly Hallows, where he will be working alongside Helen McCrory, Jason Isaacs (both of whom play his on-screen parents), and Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort. It can be seen below:
Obsessed over Draco ♥ // Jamse's cheergirl / Photoshop addict // Team JACOB!
I can't wait to the movie!!
Like Tom said, Draco wants to help Harry deep down, and that's why he said it wasn't Harry, even if he knew he was when he saw his scar, Ron and Hermione beside him.
The Malfoy Manor scene has to be one of the best in the movie =]

Nah, they said they've just been filming scenes for both films the entire time; they're not filming part one and then part two (plus, Shell Cottage was filmed back in May, and that's definitely in part two).
I wish they made just one film of Deathly Hallows. I can´t see why they want to make two?

Seeing as this is the last one, they don't want to leave anything out. And surely that can't really happen if you're going to squeeze that big of a book into a two and a half hour movie.
I'm all for telling the story properly, with any means necessary.

so they don't miss anything out..everything in the book is important to the story.
and if you notice the split point between the 2 films is quite a bit more than half way through the book, more like 3/4, they obviously want to make the end battle as detailed and true to the book as possible, if they tried to cram it all into one movie they'd miss out loads, the story wouldn't make sense and pretty much all of the fans would be really angry.lol
I was thinking the same thing as Tom, about Malfoy, all of his family regret helping Voldemort in the end and really don't wanna be part of it any more, so I reckon this is his way of helping harry
