It's attached to the special edition two-disc DVD set for HBP, not the Blu-ray (as far as we know, anyway).

I suppose its fair that the smaller international countries get it first on DVD since they didnt get a huge release + premiere like the US and UK did.
However, it still doesnt stop me from wishing I had he DVD in my hands right now! A girl can dream...until Dec 8th that is!
