| | |  Exclusive: Dan Radcliffe performs for Gypsy of the Year charity contest (UPDATE #2)
Actor Daniel Radcliffe participated in the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS Gypsy of the Year competition (which took place this past Monday and Tuesday), during which time he and his Equus co-stars: Quote:
[Performed] a homoeroticized parody musical version of their show, titled 'The Love That Dare Not Speak Its Neigh', which included Equus and Harry Potter star Radcliffe performing a kick line with the show's horses.
Dan and his co-stars ended up winning second place for their routine; Equus - largely due to the personal items Dan auctioned off over the past few weeks - ended up raising the most money this year from a single production for the charity, bringing in $203,747. awkward!? How can you tell if anything is 'awkward' from stationary photographs? If we're lucky enough to see a video, then 'awkward' might come into it, because we'll see how good a mover Dan is.Also they came second to the dancers from The Lion King, who by all accounts performed a pretty awesome routine.
