| | |  Evanna Lynch to do reading of Foster on BBC Radio
Tomorrow through Thursday on BBC Radio 4 FM, Luna Lovegood actress Evanna Lynch will do a reading of Foster by author Claire Keagan. The story will air in three 15-minute segments, August 31 through September 2, at 3:30 p.m.
The story synopsis is as follows: Quote:
A heartbreaking, haunting story of childhood, loss and love by one of Ireland's most acclaimed writers. A small girl is sent to live with her mother's people on a farm in rural Ireland, without knowing when she will return home. In the strangers' house, she finds a warmth and affection she has not known before and slowly begins to blossom in their care. And then a secret is revealed, and suddenly, she realizes how fragile her idyll is.
For those not able to hear it on BBC Radio, after airing, the episodes will be available online here on the BBC iPlayer for one week. | |
