The Drogheda Independent features a new interview with Evanna Lynch, who will be playing Luna Lovegood in 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix'. In it, she talks about being cast as Luna and the importance of Harry Potter in her life. Quote:
‘Sometimes I’m stressed and I’m sick of things and I need to forget about them for a while, so in Harry Potter you’re taken to this wonderful imaginary world where everything is so different,’ she said.

She sounds like a true book reader and genuine Harry Potter lover! Only people who enjoying reading and love a good book talk like that. It is so true,the power a story can have. Critics and non-educated people think HP is for kids when in reality it deals with grown up issues on almost every page. Can't wait to see her acting skills..if she's the fanatic she sounds like,she'll do Ms.Lovegood some justice.

It's cute, because being a HP fanatic like all of us I'm sure she's aware of how picky we are about who plays the roles... as I'm sure she was before she was cast, towards other actors and choices for the previous movies. So I'm pretty sure that at this very moment she just knows what we're thinking and ... yeah, I kinda like her attitude. I'm sure she'll make a good Luna. She's the first HP fanatic that's been cast (apart from Emma, but this is different) and I speak for myself here, but if I was cast in a HP movie for ANY role, I'd sure as heck do my best.
