Over the weekend, Emma Watson showed her athletic ability by participating in Oxford's first International Young Women's Hockey Festival. The event paired cities from participating countries as 'twins'. Quote:
She took part in the festival as a member of the Rover Sports Oxford hockey team, which, along with City of Oxford and West Witney, faced players from Oxford's twin cities of Leiden, in Holland, and Bonn, in Germany.
Oxford's Lord Mayor, Bob Price, stated: Quote:
"Oxford's twinning links are strong and enduring, because they're built on personal friendships between colleagues from the various countries, who share common interests in sport, culture, arts, the environment and religion. "We hope that this event will be the start of many new friendships.
