Jim Dale, who narrated Deathly Hallows, last night won an Audie award for best 'Solo Narration-Male' for his work on the seventh U.S. Potter audiobook. He lost out on the award for Audiobook of the Year to The Chopin Manuscript.

OK, i listened to all the HP books on CD as well as (obviously) reading them. Jim Dale is amazing. Having him read you the story is like hearing a new spin on the story. When he reads, he takes on different voices of different characters perfectly. And that is why he won.
