| | |  Death Eater Yaxley cast in Half-Blood Prince
We reported earlier this year that actor Lord Johnpaul Castrianni had been cast as a Death Eater in Half-Blood Prince, and even went into detail about the scene in which he was involved: Quote: BH: Have you already shot scenes of Half-Blood Prince? In which scenes are you present?
LJC: My scenes were filmed several months ago and I finished in February (2008). I was in the scenes regarding Alan Rickman, Dan, Michael (Dumbledore) Tom (Malfoy) and several other cast who I believe have not been officially published by Warner Bros yet, so unfortunately I cannot comment on that yet.
| Casting Call Pro has now updated his CV page, on which it states that he will play the Death Eater Yaxley in the sixth film. Although Yaxley has a larger part in the seventh book, we are unaware of whether or not Castrianni will reprise his role in the Deathly Hallows films.

Yaxley is such an evil nasty thing in the book, it will be interesting to see how he is portrayed. I cannot wait to see Harry portraying Runcorn (via polyjuice) potion in the final movie. God, that will be interesting... | |

Meh  Sorry, but I cannot get excited about an insignificant role being cast when we have no Gaunts, Scrimgeour, Myrtle, Percy, Trelawney, Bill, Fleur, Kreacher, Dobby, Hepzibah, Hokey, Muggle Prime Minister, or Christian Coulson back as the adult Riddle. Meh, meh, again I say MEH | |
